Whitefield Prestige Group flat: Did I buy at the peak?

Whitefield property — just moved into my Prestige Group flat 3 months ago. Okay I'll say what no one says: Bengaluru real estate might be peaking. My 3BHK cost ₹1.8 Cr, but ab lag raha hai ki future appreciation kitni hogi? Namma Metro Phase 2 extension will help, but traffic toh same hai. Matlab, is this market still good for 2026-27 investment? Yaar, sometimes lagta hai I bought at the top. Change my mind.
