Whiteland Blissville ka floor plan daily life ke liye kaisa hai?
₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Whiteland Blissville Sohna... I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I've seen the floor plans, carpet area ratios look okay on paper – but we know how builders play with super area games. My trick is checking actual column placements during site visits; it changes everything for furniture. So, does it feel genuinely spacious for daily living, ya phir sirf paper pe acha hai? Neighborhood ka kya scene hai, schools and all, any honest feedback?

For 2.2 Cr, are they offering any specific payment plans that are buyer-friendly? Like construction-linked or something where you don't pay too much upfront? I'm on a tight budget and any flexibility helps. Also, what about the maintenance charges, kisi ko idea hai?
I saw the model apartment, it looks really nice and spacious there. But then I remember my last site visit for another builder, the actual flat felt half the size. So, I completely get your point about 'paper pe acha hai'. Has anyone here actually seen the construction progress on site? Are they sticking to the plans?
My biggest concern is always the developer's track record. Whiteland is relatively new in this segment. Have they delivered any projects on time before? I'm nervous about parking my life savings in something that might get stuck.
They do have a few commercial projects delivered, but residential is a different ball game. I'd say check their financial stability. A lot of builders are facing liquidity issues lately, especially with the rising interest rates. This can directly impact project speed.
That's a valid point. I heard they had some issues with another project's approvals a while back. Not sure if that's true, but it makes you think. RERA number is there, but that only helps so much if construction slows down.
2.2 Cr in Sohna? That sounds a bit steep, no? I mean, for that price, you could look at some options near Badshahpur or even further down Airport Road side if you're okay with a slightly older project. Is the location really worth it?
I think the pricing is because of the 'Whiteland' brand name. They are pushing it as a premium project. Plus, the amenities they are promising are quite good on paper. But yes, for a first-time buyer like us, it's a huge commitment.
Exactly! I was thinking the same. Sohna is developing, but 2.2 Cr is a big jump. Connectivity is improving, but still not like central Gurgaon. What are the specific location advantages for this price point?

Totally agree about the column placement, it's a nightmare for interiors! My friend booked a 2BHK there, and he's already regretting the layout for his furniture. He said the kitchen also felt smaller than what the layout showed. What about the possession date? Is 2027-07-01 realistic for an ongoing project of this scale?
Bhai, you're spot on about the super area game. I visited Blissville last month. On paper, 3BHK looks good, but actual feel is a bit tight, especially the living room. Columns are definitely an issue in some units. As for schools, DPS Sohna is nearby, but commute can be tricky during peak hours.
