₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Whiteland Blissville Sohna... I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I think the pricing is because of the 'Whiteland' brand name. They are pushing it as a premium project. Plus, the amenities they are promising are quite good on paper. But yes, for a first-time buyer like us, it's a huge commitment.

Totally agree about the column placement, it's a nightmare for interiors! My friend booked a 2BHK there, and he's already regretting the layout for his furniture. He said the kitchen also felt smaller than what the layout showed. What about the possession date? Is 2027-07-01 realistic for an ongoing project of this scale?
Bhai, you're spot on about the super area game. I visited Blissville last month. On paper, 3BHK looks good, but actual feel is a bit tight, especially the living room. Columns are definitely an issue in some units. As for schools, DPS Sohna is nearby, but commute can be tricky during peak hours.
