Whiteland Westin: Investor insights on RERA and delivery?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm looking at Whiteland Westin Residence for an investment. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, I'm thinking of upgrading my investment portfolio to a 3BHK or bigger unit there. That ₹6.42 Cr starting price is a huge jump, so I really need to be sure about the long-term capital appreciation and rental yield. My main concern is the under-construction status. What's the community's experience with their delivery track record, especially for upcoming projects? Also, is the RERA compliance for Westin solid? I'm already carrying a home loan, can't afford delays or legal issues. Is this premium justified for an investor's ROI? What's its resale potential in 5-7 years?

Bhai, 6.4 Cr is a HUGE amount for an under-construction project. Whiteland ka delivery track record, especially for older projects, hasn't been stellar from what I hear. Are you sure about this builder?
