Totally agree with the post! Bhai, Gurugram mein under-construction lena is like a ticking time bomb. My uncle booked a flat near Badshahpur 5 years ago, still no possession. Every time there's a new launch, I get tempted, but then I remember the horror stories. Resale seems way less stressful, even if it's a bit older.
