₹22,000 for a 1BHK in the 'High Rental Yield' corridor seems insane given current property prices. I just got possession in March here, and the numbers don't really add up anymore. Everyone talks about the amazing ROI, but honestly, I think that ship has sailed. Okay, I'll say it – 'High Rental Yield' is probably overvalued now. The growth has already happened. Are there any hidden gems left, or has everything peaked? Change my mind.
