₹28.50 lakh for Vikram Viksons Projects? Log kehte hain appreciation milega, but I'm just not convinced. Everyone glorifies Ghaziabad's 'affordability', par koi nahi batata ki actual resale market kaisi hai for these smaller units. Kya yahan exit strategy possible hai 5 saal mein? Meri calculation ke hisaab se rental yield bhi itni khaas nahi lag rahi. I'm already in a 2BHK and looking for smart investments, but this seems like a dead-end. Change my mind.

Totally agree, bhai! Ghaziabad mein small projects ka resale value almost non-existent hai. Yeh dead-end hi lagta hai, especially Vikram Viksons Projects jaisa chhota sa 56-unit wala project.
Sahi baat hai. Mera ek friend hai, usne Ahinsa Khand 2 mein aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha 2018 mein. Abhi tak tenant nahi mil raha, aur agar mil bhi jaye toh rent itna kam hai ki EMI cover nahi hoti. Lagta hai
