Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Crossings Republik, mostly 3BHKs. Prices shot up crazy after the metro extension. A flat for ₹78L was ₹65L last year. Is this price increase sustainable till 2026, or will it correct? My wife worries about overpaying. Kya lagta hai?
