Windsor Majesty's current pricing, starting ₹2.12 Cr, for an upcoming project seems quite high. I'm concerned about the under-construction risk; builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially in Ghaziabad? Pre-launch se ab tak kitna price move hua hai, aur kya future capital appreciation ka scope hai? Is segment mein resale market kitni liquid hai?
