Windsor Township Phase 3 ka resale market utna liquid nahi hai jitna log bolte hain. Investor ratio high hai, toh meri exit strategy kya hogi? Kya yeh ghost society ban jayega long term mein? Honestly, capital appreciation bhi kitna expect karein 5 saal mein? Change my mind.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Main bhi Windsor Township Phase 3 dekh raha tha, but yeh investor ratio wali baat sunke darr lag raha hai. As a first-time buyer, mujhe toh end-use ke liye chahiye, but agar resale hi nahi hogi toh loan kaise pay karunga agar emergency aayi? It's a huge red flag for me.
Totally agree, U1. High investor ratio means fewer genuine buyers later. Price for this seems high for the size, no
