Did a site visit to Windsor Township Phase 3 last week. Kids ab bade ho gaye hain, so we're selling our big house and looking for something manageable, comfortable. Project completed hai, which is good. But amenities dekh ke thoda confused hoon. Swimming pool, gym, club house... yeh sab daily use mein aata hai kya for senior citizens? Ya bas dikhane ka hai? Lift ka reliability kaisa hai? Aur neighborhood mein hospitals kitne paas hain? That's a big priority for us. Society ka overall vibe kaisa hai? Friendly log hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Aur maintenance charges roughly kitne aate hain per month? Heard some places charge a lot even for basic stuff. Any empty nesters living there? Aapka experience kaisa hai? Total cost kya bana after everything?

Totally agree! Mere parents ne bhi ek project dekha tha near Adigara Kallahalli, wahan bhi same doubt tha. Lift reliability is a huge point, especially for seniors jo stairs use nahi kar sakte. Kya inka backup system
