Jewar Airport ka impact Noida property prices pe already dikh raha hai, isn't it? I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm genuinely confused about the right entry point. Sectors like 150 aur 137 mein prices kafi upar chale gaye hain. Should I still consider under-construction projects from builders like Godrej or ATS for better appreciation, ya ready-to-move mein hi safety hai, even with higher costs? RERA ke baad bhi delays ka darr rehta hai. Kya lagta hai, is it worth buying now for 2026-27 horizon, ya market peak ho gaya hai?
