Okay, I'll be honest – I thought working in real estate meant I'd be smarter buying my own flat in Delhi, but it's still a headache. Looking at a 3BHK in Moti Nagar, maybe Revanta Multi State CGHS Ltd. project. Builders are quoting like ₹2.2 Cr, but negotiation mein kitna realistically kam kar sakte hain? I'm talking about actual price, not just free parking. And what about hidden costs beyond stamp duty, registration, PLC? Are there any possession ke time pe surprise charges? Has anyone managed to get a good discount recently in Delhi? Off the record, what's the real negotiation margin?
