Two years ago I thought Sattva Lake Ridge would be a no-brainer for investment. I work in real estate, so I usually see through the marketing spin. But buying for myself, I'm genuinely worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio here. It feels super high. If everyone's an investor, what does that do to rental yields and future capital appreciation, especially compared to the pre-launch price? What's the real exit strategy for this project in 5-7 years? Anyone else seeing this? What's your take on its actual ROI potential?
