Is the Jewar Airport effect on Greater Noida prices already baked in, or is there still upside? I'm seeing prices around Sector 150 and Noida Extension, specifically from developers like Godrej and ATS, already hitting ₹1.2Cr+ for 3BHKs. I know what builders don't tell you, but I'm trying to figure out if these infra projects like the FNG Expressway and Metro extensions still have significant impact left for appreciation. Should I jump in now for something like a 2BHK around ₹80L, or wait a bit? What's the community's take on future growth here?
