Builders like Balaji Group ya Madhav Group ke projects mein bhi, after all the PLC and hidden charges, it jumps way past. Is it just me, ya sachi mein ab ₹35-40L ka kuch nahi milta? Pehle Krishna Kunj mein options the, ab toh wahan bhi rates high hain. What are people doing?
