Did a site visit to Unitech The World Spa West on Saturday. Honestly, ₹11.79 Cr in Sohna? Okay, I'll say what no one says: the actual daily living experience doesn't justify that premium. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, already have a home loan. Is it genuinely a good home with a real community, or just good on paper? Change my mind.
