What hidden costs did you guys encounter after property price? Looking at a 2 BHK in Vasant Kunj with Manish Associates. They mentioned stamp duty, but I'm worried about other charges like PLC, maintenance, and interiors. Also, any red flags to watch for in their builder-buyer agreement?
