Just got possession of my unit at Kohinoor Apartment a couple months back. The listed price was ₹1.55 Cr. My hack? Don't just trust broker estimates for rental yield. I spoke to actual tenants in nearby buildings to see what 2BHKs are really fetching. It's less than advertised, but decent. Now I'm worried about resale liquidity. How quickly do units move here? Any tips on assessing the true secondary market beyond online listings? Hope this helps someone.

Haan yaar, brokers toh aise hi bolenge. Kohinoor Apartment is in West Delhi, near some developed areas. Same boat as you, resale value ka tension rehta hai.
