See how many projects were delivered on time and how many had quality complaints filed. Also, talk to residents in their older complexes. Sometimes, the sales team will show you a perfect sample flat, but the actual construction quality is vastly different. Don't fall for the glossy brochures!
Totally agree with you! Builder reputation is everything. My biggest fear is hidden costs later.
