'Improve' tab hota hai jab builder ko loss ho, not jab unka previous record consistently poor ho. 158 units kam hain, par agar funding ya approvals mein hiccup aaya toh yeh bhi phase-wise delay ho sakta hai. Aur current market mein, especially post-COVID, construction costs bhi upar hain aur labour availability bhi unpredictable. Chandigarh mein rates already high hain, toh koi bhi delay seedha hamare pocket pe hit karega. I'd rather stick to a builder with a proven, on-time delivery record, even if it means paying a bit more. What's the point of a 'gem' if you can't live in it on time?
My experience with a similar builder in Rasulpur was horrible. They promised the world, showed us fancy brochures, but the ground reality was totally different. Delays became the norm, and then the quality suffered too. I invested my life savings, thinking it was a good long-term asset, but it turned into a nightmare. X Ecosystem Green Homes ka RERA number toh hai HRERA-PKL-KTL-875-2026, which is good, but RERA bhi delays ko pura control nahi kar pata. Hum toh sirf hope kar sakte hain, but hope se ghar nahi banta. Please, koi bhi book karne se pehle poori research kar lo, sirf hype pe mat jao.

True that! Itni lambi possession date usually tab dete hain jab funding issue ho ya approvals mein problem ho. Aur agar unka track record already 1.5 saal delay ka hai, toh 2030 ka 2032 bhi ho sakta hai. Mera friend Mullanpur Garibdass mein aise hi ek project mein phansa hua hai, 3 saal ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahi mila.

X Ecosystem Green Homes ka location toh mast hai, New Chandigarh ke paas, but builders ke promises pe trust karna mushkil ho gaya hai.
