Moved into X Ecosystem Green Homes in Zirakpur last month, and honestly, thoda confused hoon. Construction quality pe thoda doubt ho raha hai. Walls mein hairline cracks abhi se dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom fittings bhi utni achhi nahi lag rahi. Paani ki seepage ka issue na ban jaye aage jaake. Also, possession ke time kuch unexpected charges aaye. Registry, maintenance deposit ke alawa bhi kuch small cheezein thi jo pehle discuss nahi hui thi. Did anyone else face this with X Ecosystem? Kya ye common hai ya sirf mere saath hua? Resale value pe impact padega kya in future?
