Yakubpur, Noida residents — what's the real story?

Okay I'll be honest — I didn't fully check the water situation before moving to Yakubpur last month. Municipal water supply is quite erratic, especially in summers. Now I'm dependent on tanker walas, which adds to the monthly expense. Anyone else facing this? Builder promised 24x7 supply, but ground reality is different. Also, the stray dog situation is a bit concerning, especially in the evenings. I have kids, so it's a constant worry. Is it the same for everyone here? Any tips on dealing with this, ya koi solution hai? I wish I had known this before buying. Hope this helps someone else avoid my mistake.
