Wow, just watched this video on Yamuna Expressway Authority plots near Jewar Airport. It's about their RPS10/2025 scheme, dikha rahe hain kuch plots in Greater Noida. Looks promising with all the development around like Filmcity and the airport coming up. But yaar, honestly, I'm wondering if the current asking prices shown are really justified. Value for money lag raha hai ya thoda high side hai abhi? Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh plots sahi investment hain?

Yeh video toh maine bhi dekha! Airport aur Filmcity ka buzz toh genuine lag raha hai. Investment point of view se kaafi attractive hai, especially for future growth. But haan, price thoda pinch kar raha hai budget-conscious logon ko. Kya aapko lagta hai ki ye prices sustain karenge?
