Yamuna Exp. infra delays: My honest concern.

₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK near Yamuna Expressway (Sector-22D) feels crazy, even from builders like ATS. Everyone glorifies Jewar Airport and the FNG, saying prices will skyrocket. But honestly, ye infra projects kab complete honge? I'm worried about investing now only for construction delays to kill the appreciation. We've heard about Aqua Line extensions and DMIC for ages. Is the hype real for places like Yamuna Expressway micro-markets, or just marketing? Change my mind.

Totally relate! My biggest fear is getting stuck with an incomplete project. ₹1.2 Cr is a huge amount to block for an uncertain future.
