Need your insights on ATS Homekraft Plots near Jewar Airport. I watched a review and the location looks prime, but I'm really worried about actual possession timelines. Bhai, ATS ke residential projects mein toh maine kaafi delays sune hain, especially in Greater Noida. Ek dost ka flat Alpha I Greater Noida mein 2 saal late mila tha. Plots mein aur bhi zyada uncertainty hoti hai. Kya ATS Homekraft Plots ka koi specific RERA registration number hai? Usse thoda clarity milegi ki project kitna legit hai.
Haan, Alpha I Greater Noida ki baat toh sahi hai. Mere ek senior ne bhi wahan par property li thi, unko 3 saal extra wait karna pada tha. Builders ka common tactic hai – pehle promises, phir delays. Plots mein toh aur bhi darr lagta hai, kahin bas plot hi na reh jaaye, development na ho.
RERA number toh har project ka hona chahiye. Uske bina toh book karna hi nahi chahiye. But even with RERA, penalties lagti hain, possession nahi milta time pe.
Mujhe toh lagta hai Jewar Airport ki wajah se demand badhegi, toh ATS ko delivery deni padegi. Positive hi socho!
