Yamuna Expressway development - Is it actually happening?

Hey everyone, I've been considering investing in a property near the Yamuna Expressway, especially with the Jewar airport coming up. This video I saw shows how much it's changed since 2020, with new townships and stuff. I'm a bit skeptical though, is the hype real? Has anyone here actually invested there or seen the development firsthand? What's your honest experience been like? Looking for some real opinions before I make a decision!
