Yamuna Expressway infra: Is the price jump justified?

Two years ago, Yamuna Expressway pe prices itne nahi the. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK upgrade. Infrastructure development ne rates kaafi badha diye hain. Which specific YEIDA sectors benefited most from new roads/metro? Is the current premium justified for living?

Yaar, mujhe toh lagta hai sab hype hai. Infrastructure development hua hai, maanta hoon, but prices double ho gaye hain. Kya sach mein itna worth it hai? My budget is already stretched and I'm a first-time buyer.
