Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing near Yamuna Expressway in Noida. What do you think about the investment potential there? Kya ROI achha mil sakta hai? I've heard connectivity is improving, especially with the Jewar airport coming up. Has anyone experienced living there? How's the social infrastructure, like schools and hospitals nearby? Property prices seem relatively lower compared to other Noida areas, but is it worth it? Which builder would you recommend in that area? Any insights on future development plans that could impact property appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye! Not sure if it's the right decision. Has anyone faced issues with waterlogging or electricity?
