Thinking of investing near Yamuna Expressway. Kya rates bahut high hai? Is it worth the investment considering future connectivity? Has anyone seen good ROI there? Which builder projects are good there for investment purposes, especially for rental income? Heard about the upcoming Jewar airport. What's your take on the property appreciation potential after that? Mujhe advice chahiye. Don't want to make a bad decision. Thanks!
