Yamuna Expressway micro-markets — been tracking this area for a while now. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Jewar Airport ka hype toh hai, but 2026-27 tak prices peak kar jayenge kya? Infra projects ka real impact kab dikhega? Kitna time hold karna padega for good returns?
