Apni purani property bech ke yahan ek 3BHK dekh raha hoon, budget ₹80L se ₹1.5 Cr tak. Looking for manageable, low maintenance, aur achhi society. Elevator access aur hospital paas ho toh aur badhiya. Kya kisi ne recently yahan property li hai? Konsa project sahi rahega for a family like ours, jahan peace ho aur amenities bhi theek thak? Jaypee Greens ya koi aur developer ke projects kaise hain? Resale value ka bhi thoda idea chahiye. Is it worth investing here for a retirement home? Koi advice ya experience share karega?
