Apartment prices toh almost triple ho gaye hain last 5 years mein. Plots bhi average 1.5x jump dikha rahe hain, kuch areas mein toh 5x tak! Yeh news kaafi exciting hai for investors. Toh, is this a good sign or bad for new buyers in Noida? Kya bolti hai public?
