Yamuna Expressway property - worth the price jump?

Guys, I'm currently in a 2BHK near Pari Chowk and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa on Yamuna Expressway. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a concern. Property prices seem high, especially considering the distance. Is the price jump worth it? I mean, connectivity is decent with the metro, but what about daily life? Has anyone experienced waterlogging during the monsoon? Heard some areas get really bad. Also, what's the resale market like? Can you easily sell if needed? Mujhe advice chahiye, is it a good investment or am I missing something? What do you all think?
