Yamuna Expressway Sector 22A ke prices bilkul justified nahi lag rahe. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan, but the premium feels too high. Jewar Airport ka hype hai, par kya *really* good ROI milega 3-5 saal mein? Abhi resident life wahan kaisa hai, any hidden costs ya issues jo baad mein pata chalte hain? Already home loan hai, so I need to be sure. What's the ground reality?
