Yamuna Expressway Sector 22A safe for kids, ya nahi?

Everyone talks about the 'investment potential' in Sector 22A. But honestly, my wife's priority is safety for our kids. Itna suna hai stray dogs ka problem hai. Is it really safe for them to play outside? Aur schools kaise hain nearby? Need at least a 3BHK, safe neighbourhood first. Change my mind.
