Fed up of paying rent, finally taking the plunge in Noida. My landlord just hiked the rent again, can't do this anymore. I'm looking at property near Gulistanpur or maybe even Sector 150. Everyone keeps talking about the Jewar Airport and Aqua Line extensions. Is it really true these infra projects will push prices way up in areas like Sector 137 or Yamuna Expressway? Matlab, will they become unaffordable soon? I'm trying to figure out which properties near these corridors are still affordable for a 2BHK, maybe around ₹70-80L. Not sure if it's too late to get good ROI. Any advice on investment windows before prices go crazy? Kya lagta hai?

Absolutely, Jewar Airport is a game changer. Prices will definitely go up. Sector 150 is already getting pricey, but Yamuna Expressway still has pockets. I'm also looking for a 2BHK, around 70-80L is tough now in 150, but maybe doable on YE. Lagta hai abhi bhi investment window open hai, but jaldi karna padega.
