What's the real scene with DM Infra's construction quality after possession? For my own flat, are the promised amenities actually delivered ya bas brochure mein hai? Power backup ka kya haal hai?

DM Infra ka toh pata nahi, but mere ek dost ne ek do saal pehle ek project liya tha Ajayabpur mein, aur uski possession date 2024 ki thi. Abhi tak builder ne extend kar diya hai, bol rahe hain 2025 end tak milega. Construction quality mein bhi bohot compromises kiye hain. Power backup toh naam ka hai bas. Bohot bada headache ho gaya hai uske liye, abhi bhi rent pay kar raha
Sahi kaha U1. Par inka price range (₹66 L – ₹86 L) for Noida is quite attractive, especially considering the current market. I saw some similar flats in Alpha II, Greater Noida, and they were way higher. But yeah, amenities ka doubt toh rehta hi hai, brochure vs reality is a real concern.
DM Infra? Yaar, main bhi dekh raha tha inka project. Lekin RERA number nahi hai toh thoda risk lagta hai. Especially for a first-time buyer like me, it's a big decision. Construction quality after possession is my biggest fear.
