Vasant Kunj. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself. With Metro Phase IV, has Delhi peaked? Or is there more growth coming? Should I invest now, or wait?

Vasant Kunj toh already peak pe lag raha hai, bhai. Delhi ka market bahut garam hai, especially prime areas. Metro Phase IV ka hype toh hai, but kya yeh already price mein factor ho chuka hai? As a first-time buyer with a tight budget, I'm really nervous about overpaying. Mere friends ne bhi bataya ki bahut se projects mein hidden costs hote hain, toh kaise trust karein ki yeh sahi time hai?
Haan bhai, same feeling. Mera budget toh allow hi nahi karta itna high price
