Years of rent, now looking at SLS Spring Woods

After years of paying rent, I'm eyeing SLS Spring Woods. But brochure amenities pe trust nahi ho raha. Actual daily life wahan kaisi hai? Are the promised facilities even functional? What's the real possession experience like?

I've heard mixed reviews about SLS. My cousin almost booked a flat with them near Aavalahalli a few years back, but then backed out because of constant delays in their other projects. Possession date 2021-09-

Bhai, SLS Spring Woods ka price range (₹1.2 Cr – ₹1.8 Cr) sunke hi darr lag raha hai. First-time buyer ke liye thoda high nahi hai? Amenities toh sab brochure mein achhe hi dikhte hain.
