Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya yaar. Prestige City dekh raha hoon, but kuch real-world feedback chahiye. Elevators ka kya haal hai wahaan? Matlab, power cuts mein backup kitna reliable hai aur maintenance response time kaisa hai? Dekha hai ki naye projects mein bhi lift ka issue rehta hai. Kids ke saath daily use karna hai, safety bahut important hai. Aur children's play area, woh bas tick mark hai ya actually safe aur usable hai? Meri beti ke liye important hai.

See, every project has its teething issues, especially such a large
Prestige City is still ongoing, possession is 2025-12-31 as per RERA PRM/KA/RERA/1251/307/PR/200822/005187. That's a long wait. Aur market mein interest rates bhi high hain abhi, so EMI will be heavy. Make sure you read the fine print on delays and penalty clauses. Naye projects mein delays common hain.
To answer your question about the 64L price, that's generally for a compact 1BHK or a very small 2BHK in these large townships. For a decent 2BHK, you'll easily cross 90L-1Cr in Prestige City, depending on the tower and view.
2025-end is a long time, true. But with ongoing projects, you might get a slightly better deal now than closer to possession. Just negotiate hard on the price. Is ₹64 L for a 1BHK or 2BHK in Prestige City?
Totally agree with the lift issue! That's non-negotiable for daily life. And the children's play area needs to be genuinely good, not just a patch of grass with a rusty slide. Kids deserve proper, safe space to play.
Exactly! Kids need soft flooring and proper, well-maintained equipment. Not just a token gesture. Builders often cut corners there.
Haan bhai, my experience with a project near Attibele was similar. Play area was just a fenced-off concrete patch with some broken swings. My son got hurt once. Safety is paramount for kids, don't compromise on that for sure.
Bhai, Prestige is a big name but naye projects mein always issues hote hain. My cousin bought in a Prestige project near Arekere a few years back, and for the first 6 months, lifts were always breaking down. Power backup was a joke, generator would kick in after 10-15 mins, that too after multiple calls. Aur maintenance? Forget it, they'll make you wait ages for small things. For ₹64 L – ₹2.3 Cr, you expect better, no? Don't just go by the brand.
Same boat yaar, renting is a black hole! Landlord ne jo rent badhaya hai, lag raha hai loan ki EMI kam hogi usse. Prestige City sounds good on paper, but yeah, lifts are a big concern. Especially with kids and daily school runs. Have you checked their RERA status properly, aur reviews kya bolte hain?
