Years of renting, now eyeing Khan Market
Is Khan Market actually worth the insane property prices people are quoting, ya phir it's just hype? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally thinking of buying. My budget is around ₹3-4 crore for a 3BHK in South Delhi, and Khan Market ki properties dekh raha tha. Prices are crazy high, but is it justified for the daily life experience? Log kehte hain it's posh and well-connected, but what about the ground reality? Like parking ka kya scene hai daily? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Is it too crowded, ya peaceful bhi hai? As an end-user, I need practical advice. Any negotiation possible on these high prices, ya it's just take-it-or-leave-it for prime areas? Would love to hear from actual residents or recent buyers.

Bhai, Khan Market? 3-4 crore for a 3BHK? That sounds like a dream. Realistically, even a 2BHK there will cost you way more, unless you're talking about a very old construction ya phir something with major issues. My friend was looking in Anand Niketan and even there prices are touching the sky. Negotiation? Forget about it in such prime areas, especially for an end-user.
Exactly! Negotiation is a myth in these areas. Builders have waiting lists
