Elite Homes Private Limited ka track record agar check karna hai, toh RERA website pe jao. Maine suna hai ki unke total projects zero dikhate hain. Agar aisa hai, toh ye bahut bada red flag hai, matlab unhone abhi tak koi project complete hi nahi kiya hai ya woh naye hain industry mein.

Possession date do baar extend ho gayi, aur abhi tak amenity list mein se aadhi cheezein bani hi nahi hain. Always check the builder's past projects, not just what they're showing you now.
