Years of renting, time to finally buy

Been renting for years, honestly I'm fed up. Considering Tata Arabella, Sohna. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just brochure-perfect? Do the amenities actually get used? Landlord hiked rent, time to buy.

Yaar, renting se toh pak chuka hoon. Tata Arabella, Sohna dekh raha hoon. Brochure mein toh sab perfect lagta hai, but daily living ke liye kaisa hai? Amenities actually use hote hain ya bas show-off hai? Landlord ne rent itna badha diya ki ab toh khud ka ghar hi lena hai.

Totally understand your frustration! But 3.5 Cr minimum for a first home in Sohna? Yeh toh budget se bahut upar ja raha hai, especially for us first-time buyers
