Anyone check out that video about YEIDA plots? They were comparing 300 sqm to the smaller 60-200 sqm options. I'm really eyeing Greater Noida for investment, but honestly, some of the prices they hinted at for the larger plots seem quite steep. Are those bigger plots truly the 'best investment for 2026' as the video suggests, or is the value-for-money better with the smaller sizes?
