Just caught this video about the YEIDA/GNIDA plots near Jewar Airport. It's really pushing the connectivity with the expressway and future metro plans, plus they mentioned upcoming schools and hospitals nearby. Sounds super promising for long-term value, tbh. I'm curious if those infrastructure claims are actually solid on the ground. Has anyone visited these areas or invested in these plots recently? What's the real picture of amenities and development there?
