YEIDA plot or Ansal flat: Which is better for long-term?
Honestly, I'm confused between YEIDA Individual Residential Plots and Ansal Carnation Garden. YEIDA plots are expensive, but land appreciates, right? Ansal is ready to move, which is tempting. But resale value ka kya scene hai? Which one would you pick for, say, 5-year appreciation? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Sahi baat hai, plots ki appreciation potential toh hoti hai. Lekin YEIDA ka actual possession status kya hai? Agar already 2020 mein mil gaya hai toh theek hai.
