Yeida plots better than Greater Noida West?

Guys, dekho yeh Yamuna Expressway Authority plots ka video mila. Looks like RPS10 scheme near Jewar Airport. Video mein location toh achha dikha raha hai. I'm looking at options around Noida, Greater Noida West mein bhi dekha hai. But Yeida seems cheaper? Is it worth investing so far out though? What do you guys think – is this better ROI than something closer to the city?
