Yeida plots - Good investment opportunity?

Guys, dekha kya yeh Malik Properties ka video on YEIDA plots near Jewar Airport? Seems promising, but is it really worth investing there right now? Anyone has any experience with Yamuna Expressway Authority plots? Kya rate mil sakta hai? I'm looking for something long term. What's your take?
