YEIDA plots near Jewar Airport: Worth it?

Hey everyone, been looking into the new YEIDA residential plot scheme for 2025 near Jewar Airport. This video I watched broke down the plots in sectors 15C, 18, and 24A, with sizes like 162 sqm and 200 sqm. The registration amount for general category is quite a bit, I noticed. I'm really thinking about applying, but honestly not sure about the long-term potential. Has anyone here bought into previous YEIDA schemes? What's your honest take on these plots as an investment?
