YEIDA plots near Jewar Airport - Worth it?

Hey everyone, saw this video talking about YEIDA plots, especially with the Jewar Airport coming up. Seems like a lot of development happening around sectors like Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. They mentioned something about Filmcity in Sector 21 too. I'm vaguely looking at investment options in Noida, so this caught my eye. Anyone have experience buying property directly from YEIDA? Is it worth considering these plots given the long-term development plans?
